What's the whole idea of leasing links and what will it do for me?

Since 1998 when Google started its new search engine and still today, Google and many other major search engines rely increasingly on the link popularity and the Page Rank™ algorithm to effectively calculate the importance and the underlying value of any given website. Having a good PR (Page Rank™) will significantly help your site in the SERPS's (search engine results pages), when prospective clients are looking for the products or services your company sells.

It simply works on the basis that the more backlinks pointing to your website, the more important and relevant your site is, in comparison to some of your competitors. How can you be certain it will work for me?

Ask any knowledgeable search engine optimization (SEO) company or SEO expert and most will agree in saying that the higher PR a site has, the higher its search engine rankings will be in the SERP's. Since Google and many of today's biggest search engines rely on the Google Page Rank™ algorithm to rank websites, having a higher PR will boost your visibility in the results pages.

What kind of experience do you have in this sort of work and how long have you been doing this?

Link Rent is a professional link leasing broker and works closely with reputable SEO firms and honest search engine placement agencies. Link Rent.com has been a link leasing broker since 2002, and has only one concern: helping our client's get increased visibility in the search engines, which will greatly boost their return on investment (ROI).

Do I have to lease links every month? How does it work?

In order to work, the links you are leasing must be pointing to your website (or websites) at all times. Currently, companies that lease links require monthly payments, to ensure that your links are enforced and in good standing with the most important search engines. However, Link Rent.com and some of our clients will accept a yearly payment. That way, you get a price discount on your links, since you will be paying them one year in advance.

Is the practice of buying (leasing) or selling links legitimate?

Yes it is. This has started in early 2002 and is getting more and more popular. With today's high costs of PPC (Pay per Click), PFP (Pay for Performance) and PFI (Pay for Inclusion) on line marketing programs, companies and advertising agencies are rapidly discovering the many advantages of leasing links in the business place. This has resulted in a very liquid market for leasing and selling links, and is the main reason why LinkRent.com came into existence.

Could my website be penalized in any way if I start leasing links?

No. On the contrary. It can only be beneficial to your search rankings. The way in which Link Rent.com does it is perfectly legitimate and safe for any website. We will never use any forbidden techniques or technology that is not accepted or endorsed by the major search engines. In addition, we will even include some anchor text around your links to further boost the relevance in your rankings.

What if any of this fails to work? Do I get a guarantee that the money I invest will work for me?

There are no guarantees. However, judging from the major improvements some of our clients have experienced in their search rankings and the increases they have in their sales, we can tell you that link leasing really works and that you will be fully satisfied with our services.

What are the advantages for me of dealing with a company such as LinkRent? Can't I buy my links directly from certain companies in my field?

LinkRent.com offers a value-added service to all its clients. While you can always lease or sell links to others yourself, doing business through a firm such as LinkRent will deliver a number of important advantages to your company, namely:

1) You will save a lot of time
2) You will usually get a better rate
3) You won't need to know HTML or programming
4) You won't need to have the necessary tools to do it

There are also other advantages. Since Link Rent is fully involved in the business of buying and selling links for it's clients, we have the contacts, we know who are the sellers (if you want to buy) and who are the buyers (if you want to sell links).

Every day of the week, we get new buyers and sellers, wishing to trade links with other companies or webmasters. Additionally, we maintain an extensive database that is updated five times a day, of all the major players, as well as people wishing to lease or sell links. What's more, LinkRent.com works closely with SEO firms, search engine marketing companies and ad agencies that wish to buy or sell links for their own clients.

Why is there such a wide gap between the minimum and the maximum prices shown in your pricing section for the same PR range?

Prices in the link leasing industry vary a lot, almost by the hour, depending on a great number of factors. Additionally, some of our clients ask more for the same PR range, others ask less. The same is true for companies that are bidding (wishing to lease links). It is the free enterprise system at its best. Additionally, the laws of supply and demand also have a great impact on prices. We strongly recommend you check with us frequently to get the best quote, at least once a week if you can. The best way to do this is to send us an email.

How come when I press on the credit card logos, a new window opens and it says "Make a payment to Avantex Hosting"? Why dosen't it say Link Rent instead?

Link Rent.com is fully owned and managed by Avantex Hosting, which is why it says that. Additionally, all our servers are fully secure for your peace of mind.

How does Link Rent get paid for its services?

Link Rent.com only takes a small profit between the bid and ask prices, depending if you are a buyer or seller of links. Once we quoted you a firm price, that is the final price you will get, independently if you are a buyer or seller. Prices are usually locked-in for a period of twelve months, although this can vary at times.

Can I get a price discount if I rent a certain number of links?

Yes you can. If links on 25 websites or more are leased at the same time, companies are entitled to a discount. The same is true if you are selling us 25 links or more, in which case Link Rent will pay you a premium. Contact us for additional information.

Do I need to sign a contract?

No you don't. We trust you will make good on your responsabilities towards us.

What is the minimal commitment period or time frame?

You can either buy (lease) or sell links to or from Link Rent for a minimum period of six (6) months, although you will get a better rate if you commit to a period of twelve (12) months or more. The longer timeframe, the less you will pay if you are leasing, or the more you will get paid if you are a seller of links.

Do you accept credit cards or just checks?

We accept all major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, e-Check and any account using the popular PayPal system. Our website is fully secure and all payments are made through the PayPal interface. We also accept payments by corporate or personal checks. LinkRent will also accept payments using Western Union money orders, or direct transfers of funds via the international banking system.
